About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled CDP Consultant. This candidate will have a strong technical background across either Real-Time CDP or Tealium, and ideally with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising real-time customer data solutions to help clients unlock the full potential of their marketing and data strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Adobe Real-Time CDP and/or Tealium solutions for clients, ensuring optimal data collection, management, and activation.
- Lead the integration of customer data from multiple sources into AEP, including data modelling and identity resolution.
- Develop real-time data pipelines for personalised customer engagement and cross-channel marketing strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance on data governance, audience segmentation, and privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, IT) to ensure seamless deployment of CDP use cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Adobe CDP best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on expertise within Adobe Real-Time CDP and/or Tealium.
- Strong understanding of customer data management, identity resolution, and data governance.
- Proficiency in integrating first-, second-, and third-party data sources with AEP.
- Familiarity with web and mobile tracking technologies, such as Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
- Experience with API integrations, data transformation, and data mapping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe certifications (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
