Job Description:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize Salesforce Core Cloud solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption of Salesforce functionalities. Fluency in French is essential, as you will collaborate with French-speaking clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Core Cloud projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Conduct workshops and interviews with French-speaking stakeholders to identify pain points, challenges, and opportunities for optimization within the Salesforce platform.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, creating user stories and detailed specifications that guide technical development.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Salesforce Core solutions, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Configure Salesforce features as needed and provide recommendations for enhancements or customizations based on client needs and industry standards.
- Conduct testing and validation of Salesforce functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Salesforce Core Cloud functionalities.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency, recommending solutions as necessary.
- Support the integration of Financial Cloud functionalities when relevant to client needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both Core and Financial Cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce Core Cloud solutions.
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud functionalities and best practices, with experience in Financial Services Cloud considered a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Experience in business process mapping, workflow configuration, and creating user stories within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and presentations for clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions that add value to client processes.
