Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Hybrid: Preferably two days on-site per week, with flexibility for every other week if needed.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Cloud Expert to take the lead in designing and implementing AEP solutions. This is a client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for defining technical architecture, leading integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful implementations.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Lead the architecture and design of Adobe Experience Platform implementations.
  • Define integration patterns between Adobe tools to meet business needs.
  • Guide and collaborate with technical teams on solution development.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve methodologies, best practices, and team knowledge.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience working with Adobe products in Analytics and Data.
  • Hands-on expertise with one or more key AEP modules: RTCDP, CJA, AJO, Data Distiller.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe’s best practices for AEP architecture and design.
  • Experience in building AEP data models, data flows, and automation jobs.
  • Proficiency in AEP APIs, deployment processes, and data integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real-Time Customer Profile, and Segmentation Service.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager (GTM), or other tag management systems.
  • Ability to configure data collection in Experience Platform Launch and map data into XDM.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, marketing data, and performance analysis.
  • Experience in designing and executing customer journeys using Customer Journey Optimizer.
  • Understanding of the Offer Decisioning module within AEP.
  • Strong grasp of Adobe Experience Cloud’s integrated architecture.
  • Excellent client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and deliver end-to-end marketing solutions.
  • A strategic thinker who can present alternative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Comfortable working in multi-vendor, onshore-offshore team environments.
