‍Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions to capture technical and functional requirements from both business and technical perspectives, ensuring comprehensive understanding and no detail overlooked.
• Clearly document user stories in JIRA, translating requirements into user stories, and track their status throughout project sprints. Ensure all project information is current and accessible for all stakeholders.
• Communicate requirements effectively with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders, analyzing dependencies and proactively addressing impacts on upstream and downstream systems.
• Provide insights for best-practice solutions rooted in AEM’s capabilities, covering core components, editable templates, and reusable content fragments. Understand AEM content operations, including data governance and permissions models.
• Develop user manuals for applications, conduct training sessions as needed, and ensure smooth project-to-support transitions with full documentation.
• Contribute to the development of test scenarios and cases, supporting quality control and end-to-end system implementation.
• Identify improvement opportunities within internal processes and propose effective solutions.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to prioritize the backlog, understanding dependencies across requirements and epics to ensure seamless progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4–6 years in requirements gathering and project collaboration with technical teams, with demonstrated experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites for large-scale implementations.
• Technical Skills & Tools:
  • Proficient in JIRA for user story creation and task tracking.
  • Ability to guide user flows and communicate effectively with UX and development teams.
  • Strong understanding of AEM digital user experiences, both from the end-user and content author perspective.
  • Experience with content management in AEM, including component libraries, design systems, and digital asset management.
• Specialized Knowledge in AEM:
  • Core Components: Proficient in using AEM’s framework to assemble websites.
  • Editable Templates & Fragments: Knowledge of creating reusable content structures.
  • Headless Implementations: Familiarity with modern AEM implementations using technologies like GraphQL.
  • Product Data Management: Experienced in handling product data within AEM Sites and Assets.
  • Governance Expertise: Knowledgeable about establishing policies and permissions for content management.
• Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
  • Experience with content and commerce integrations or the broader Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Adobe Certified AEM Business Practitioner Expert certification.
