Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly AEM, and identify new opportunities for clients.
- Design complex architectures to deliver seamless web experiences for clients.
- Responsible for a full-suite Adobe Experience Cloud implementation, including personalization and Adobe Analytics integration, ensuring seamless work with AEM guides and AEM assets.
- Partner closely with all team members to ensure client needs are met and maximum business value is delivered.
- Occasionally engage in hands-on coding, assisting lead developers with challenging projects and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Provide guidance across the entire enterprise architecture and marketing stack, with a focus on Adobe implementations and MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless).
- Bring strong client-facing skills, fostering relationships, building trust, and effectively managing client expectations - act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing thought leadership and influencing their technical roadmap.
- Share best practices across the Adobe community and promote their adoption.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on opportunities brought by the Business Development team.
- Support project estimations, whether top-down or bottom-up, ensuring accurate planning.
Required Experience:
- Consultancy experience - ability to work across multi-solution initiatives and through all phases, most importantly discovery and build.
- Proven track record architecting and delivering large-scale AEM implementations.
- Must have hands-on experience with recent AEM versions, including AEM Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Expertise in integrating AEM websites with commerce and product data.
- Skilled in delivering complex integrations with 3rd party systems such as ERP, CRM, and DAM, especially using cloud-native architectures.
- Experience combining modern front-end stacks like ReactJS with AEM as a headless CMS.
- Strong background in unit and performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and the ability to connect and collaborate with teams across different countries and cultures.
- Preaes and pitch experience, demonstrating an ability to engage in early-stage client interactions.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, such as Cloud Manager, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, and test automation frameworks.
- Beneficial to have experience with Edge Delivery Services, Adobe I/O Runtime and/or AppBuilder.
