AEP Engineer

Overview:
This role is ideal for a seasoned technologist with 3+ years of experience working with Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and at least some exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), alongside AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) and CJO (Customer Journey Orchestration).

This position is technically focused, with customer interaction, involvement in building and optimising advanced data-driven marketing and orchestration solutions. A strong foundation in JavaScript and JSON Schema is required, while experience with Parquet is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design, implementation, and optimisation of AEP, AJO, and CJO solutions.
• Develop and manage workflows using JavaScript and JSON Schemas to ensure data integrity and seamless integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with digital strategies and data orchestration requirements.
• Work closely with data engineers and developers to integrate AEP with other systems using best practices for data pipelines and customer data platforms.
• Implement and maintain data structures using Parquet (if applicable) to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of large datasets.
• Provide input into solution architecture to ensure efficient, flexible, and future-proof implementations.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience working with Real-Time CDP / AEP.
• Hands-on project experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including AJO, CJO, and CDP.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and JSON Schema for data management and orchestration.
• Familiarity with data pipeline and orchestration workflows, ensuring seamless integration of various data sources.
• Ability to design and implement creative technical solutions to meet business requirements.
