AEP Architect

Overview:
This role is ideal for a seasoned technologist with 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), alongside AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) and CJO (Customer Journey Orchestration). The position will involve direct customer interaction, with a focus on building and optimising advanced data-driven marketing and journey orchestration solutions. A strong foundation in solution architecture and expertise in AEP ecosystem components is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design, solution development, and optimisation of AEP, AJO, and CJO implementations to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define, plan, and deliver scalable, data-driven customer journey solutions.
• Provide end-to-end architectural guidance for integrating AEP with third-party systems, ensuring seamless customer data management and journey orchestration.
• Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring efficient, flexible, and future-proof implementations.
• Guide technical teams in implementing best practices for customer data platform usage, personalisation strategies, and cross-channel journey optimisations.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience working with Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Proven hands-on experience with AEP, including AJO, CJO, and CDP functionalities.
• Ability to lead solution architecture efforts and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with data orchestration workflows, pipelines, and integration processes.
• Willing to travel to client site (across UK and once every 2-4 weeks, on average)

• Experience working with Parquet for optimised data storage and retrieval.
