Overview:
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Adobe product implementations, project scoping, and guiding clients through digital transformation. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, advising clients on best practices, creating tailored strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client consultations to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
- Advise clients on best practices, implementation strategies, and the optimal use of Adobe products (AEM, AEP, AJO, CJO).
- Create and present technical solutions tailored to client business needs, ensuring alignment with their digital strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to guide the implementation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Adobe product implementation, acting as a key resource for both technical and strategic inquiries.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, and manage the relationship with the client to ensure satisfaction.
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in the implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with a deep understanding of AEM, AEP, AJO, and CJO.
- Strong consulting background, with the ability to scope projects, define requirements, and advise clients on optimal solutions.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders, presenting complex solutions in a clear and understandable way.
- Hands-on experience with technical implementations and a thorough understanding of Adobe product capabilities.
